Call and asked what they had in stock in terms of key blanks to save myself a trip, was told they had what I wanted in stock, I got there they didn’t have it, they told me to go to the other store. The other store didn’t have it either so I spent an hour driving for no reason. Will not be returning.

Great local hardware shop, always have what I need and always well staffed with people willing and enthusiastic about helping you find what you came there for. Also best Milwaukee selection in town.

Good old fashion hardware store. They cover alot of needs regarding home repair and fix it stuff. Very helpful knowledgeable staff

They had what I needed for painting one of rooms. Also there was a sale on paint samples which made it a lot more affordable to be able to find the perfect color to match our needs. It took about 10-15 to get the samples mixed but after that we paid and were on our way. We also were able to enjoy free and fresh popcorn while we waited. #FreePopcorn #Popcorn #Painting

I visited this store looking for a very obscure product that could not be found or ordered at Menard's, Lowe's, or Walmart: Cord to restring my blinds. Lenoch & Cilek has an exceptional choice of cord, string, and rope. Upon entering the store, I was greeted and assisted immediately (but without any unwanted "hovering"). My child and I were walked to the correct aisle at my request and--miraculously!--presented with tight-woven, non-stretch, round cross-section, white, 5/32" valence cord. We paid and made it back to the car before my six-year-old had time to start touching things or disturbing displays.
